Adt - Worst Company/Service Ever
Soooo the Pulse App went "down for maintenance" but nobody told me.Then the updated disarmed my system and unlocked my home.
I spent 1.5 hours asking for a supervisor only to be told I can't help you & it's an issue for a technician; but the update didn't unlock and disarm your system.
Well what did then I asked her.Her reply was quoted off some card "I'm not sure sir that's a technician issue".
