I'm the poor guy who had two homes with ADT (FL and VA) Cancelled them both by phone and letters (HAD SYSTEM PROBLEMS WITH BOTH LOCATIONS) and later found ADT was still billing the VA home and charging my credit card even though their system was disconnected and I was getting no service!!! Wonder why they didn't call to say their security system reflect a problem??
Certainly no 24/7 protection or safeguard of my treasured possessions!! As soon as I posted on this site they have sent me a bill each day (last three days) for even more money--another $155.48.
Apparently Naren Gursahaney is not getting as President and Director of the company enough money and need to (MY OPINION) SUCK US DRY!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
