Hi All,

4-5 weeks ago my back door wireless sensor failed. it took 2 weeks for technician to come out. He said we needed to move something and ordered a part. Keeping in mind we already been with ADT 2 years and nothing happened before. So i waited 2 more weeks for another tech to come out so say something different. Changed the sensor and leave. At night the alarm goes into alert mode..... Had to contact ADT another 2 weeks later appointment made. I get home and the door sensor has failed. I mean what is going on. Ring ADT and apparently Techs don't work evenings or weekends.

I mean what kind of service is this....

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $600.
