ADT - Sales/Advertisement
The sales representative misinformed me about the monthly in connection with the land phone line and I ended up with $52 instead of $28 for monthly monitoring. He also misguided me about payment for the installation.
Instead of funds being taken from may bank account for up to 72 hours, they were taken on the same day and my bank assessed me $34 fee for overdrawing. He assured me - I asked him twice - that this would not happen. Supposedly the manager reviewed my conversation with the representative and found no grounds for my claim.
I asked specifically TWICE because I didn't want to lose $34. It doesn't seem a lot but for me is.
