I cancelled their service after 10 years, and since I didn't give a 30 day notice the still charged me for a month of service and took money from my bank account, REALLY! Service rep kept giving me the run around and didn't want to actually say that the monies was for 30 days of no service until I pinned her down.
"So I'm being charged for 30 days of service that I don't have RIGHT, she finally said YES!
Total rip off, most companies just right it off and say thank you for being a valued customer. Well I guess I wasn't a valued customer.
