Our Pulse packages start at $52.99 a month, with Pulse video at $57.99 a month. These packages include many other services as well, such as our quality service plan, which acts as insurance on the system, and cellular communication, as an alternative or backup to a phone landline.

I call on Wednesday to get a special promotion on my Adt system. The representative ask me what time i would like the technician to come out. I told him Saturday between 12 and 5 So i plan my schedule atound that time. However today is Saturday October 19th 2015 tech calls me ataround 2.15pm and said i have 3 jobs i just finish 1 and my boss told me to go to Peachtree City and do another job ,then he went on to say it will be atound 5.30pm before i can get to you. I am a very angry upset customer.who cancel my morning appts for my service to be taken care of. I expect good customer service. I then call in and talk to customer service.the dept i originally call.If you need to call me to explain what happen my number is 770.907.8035.The technician name was William Holmes he was not consider of my time is important to i gave them the time they needed. 1 difficult to get the rebate after purchse 2 I moved and called to find out of this voided the contract, etc. I wasn't sure if i would sell my old home or rent it out at that time. Later I discovered my contract had been canceled at MY request. huh? I let them know and they argued with me that I planned to sell therefore chose to pay the remainder of the contract. I said no, I'm renting it out and will continue paying. why wouldn't I get someone else to pay my bill instead come up with $700? They flat out lied and then attempted to lock me into a new 3 yr contract. I said no and they sent me a 3 yr contract anyway with instructions to hurry up and send it back in before time ran out. Trying to make a new sale! ripoff, used car salesman people beware and remember Brinks!
