I have had a Pulse system for 3+ years. Recent power outage in NJ due to coastal storm.
Internet came back up as did other net-enabled accessories (weather station, webcams, etc.). Pulse would not come back on line. Called ADT and they told me I had to power cycle the hub. News flash - the system is in a vacation home 100+ miles away!
What good is it if I have to physically travel to the location to power cycle??? Also - I've had this for 3+ years and I can't believe this is the first time I've lost power.
I asked them to come out and schedule a repair / replacement visit and they said "no" - I needed to replace my router first to verify that wasn't the problem.
Talk about passing the buck. And I pay $60/month for this????
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $300.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
ADT Cons: No empathy canned responses.
