I've had ADT's monitored service for many years. In May I upgraded to Pulse.

It didn't work. There were at least five service calls and several holes drilled in my walls to relocate the equipment. Never could get it to work. I spoke with regional manager, sales and service manager and many, many other ADT reps.

Since it was a free trial, I told them to recover their equipment and restore the system to its previous status. The equipment was removed and I was told I would get a refund of out-of-pocket expenses. . Now, in November, I find that I am still being charged for Pulse service plus several other add-ons I knew nothing about and didn't authorize.

(Yeah, I know. Should have paid more attention to the credit card bill).

I just spent close to an hour on the phone and got a surly rep and very little satisfaction. I will, however, get a great deal of satisfaction when I cancel their service later today.
