Had equipment installed on 12/10/15 unable to set upstairs key pad

Equipment wired to previous mother board,loose wires

Called and sent letter of cancellation on 12/11/15

Called back on Sunday to get time of equipment removal

Received date and time from Chrystal for Monday 12/14/15 between 11am & 3 PM.

Received Call @ 0938 from technician stating an hour away

Agreed

1021 AM received call from Michael #77594 stating ADT could not honor my letter of cancellation without a signature and date

Explained A date was on letter and cancellation fax

My name and phone number @ end of letter with THanks

Stated they can't honor cancellation and will have TO BILL ME UNTIL RECEIVED.

I have voice mail of receiving cancellation with none of above mentioned

Product or Service Mentioned: Adt Installation.

Reason of review: over sale and attempting to force charges refusing to honor letter of cancellation.

Monetary Loss: $209.

ADT Pros: Quick to schedule.

ADT Cons: Crooks, No morals, Failed installation.
