On 11/16/11 security system not working. On 11/17/11 AM we called for service, and went through the recommended procedure to re-boot. We were unsuccessful, and indicated that we wanted service right away. We were told that the earliest appointment would be in 13 days. This is not acceptable to us, and indicates that your service folks are to few to support customer requirements.
Your records will indicate that we had ADT for many years, but switched to Brinks due to your inability to response for service. We are considering canceling our service with ADT.
