I went through the same thing. I cancelled my service the next day of getting it.

They told me I would be receiving my refund in 3 to five business days. I waited two weeks and still haven't received my money. I called back and was informed they never processed it in which I was told they was going to process it and send me an email. I received an email stating I would receive it in up to 10 days.

It's been twelve.

I called again and was informed it would be expedited which takes 3 to 5 business days. Will update how long I wait to receive my money.

Product or Service Mentioned: Adt Security System.

Reason of review: No refund for cancellation.

Monetary Loss: $106.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
