Here is proof that ADT does not give a damn about their customers.Offered me a new system with two new cameras and $19.99 per month for six months. What is the catch ?

They need me to signup for another 3 years and will do nothing else to correct their problem. I cancelled service that day.

Been with ADT several years now. Months of complaining about faulty sensors.

Horrible customer service that do not listen. Technicians logged on to my pulse account without my consent or password. How safe is my house because if they can do it who else can ? It appears there is a master password for all systems because I watch him and it was not my password he typed in.

ADT had to bypass a sensor when we were away and it failed once again.

That means whatever that sensor is for is not protected as explained to me by ADT rep. The last two days it has been beeping due to the battery going bad. ADT is shipping a new battery but I have another 7 days of beeping all night long keeping us awake. For all this headache I had to fight just to get any compensation at all a $69.

credit for months of this crap and having to stay home from work to let the tech.'s in.

Then to hear that it is my fault or a breeze or traffic or a cell phone or my router that is set off the sensors. Funny it was fine for the first two years.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $690.

Preferred solution: Refund for the months I have been dealing with this problem and The problem fixed..

ADT Cons: Poor service, Fault sensors, Poor customer service, Same problems repeated over and over.

Update I am so p*ssed at ADT. Shortly after I wrote this.

The system was not charging even though it has been continually plugged in and we never lost power. It was binging for more than 24 hours when I decided to called ADT. ADT said they would send me a battery but it will take 7 days. They would not send it faster so I would not have to listen to this for a week.

I told them to help me power the system down so it would stop and to cancel my service. They helped me power it down but never cancel the service. I found this out today due to the original complaint here. I called again today to cancel the service and they refused.

Telling me I had to call back Monday to talk to another department. I will update here until the problem is corrected.
