We recently ADT installed ADT in our home. Our first company Cantner Alarm was always replacing their equipment.

And there were frequent failures of their products and we were disconnected for 4 months without knowing it- neither did Cantner. So we went with ADT. The technician was a nice guy and knowledgeable. However when he removed our initial Cantner sensors he tore a 4 by 3 inch piece of the window frame off with it.

And he didn't ay anything about it. We called ADT and they said they'd send us a letter for reimbursement. We never got one. I called back and they said they never send letters about damages.

Well, we got a letter a few days later and they expect us to get 3 estimates on repairs. Who has the time?

What company has a policy that is so sleazy? ADT's intent is to wait us out or put a barrier in front of us so they could save money.
