See attached letter. Local ADT rep did not reply. They did not contact installer also as involved party, to resolve this problem. Now ADT keeps charging us monthly for a non-operable system.

Alarm system not properly connected to phone line. ADT should not even charge for "monitoring". Old charges should be reversed & new charges stopped. ADT should ask local installer to correct installation, & not just ignoring our complaint and keep sending bills and adding up charges.

If there is no settlement, we have to settle in court.

Am I complaining to the right department? Besides BBB, Consumer Affair, is there other Government agency overseeing Monitor System companies?
