Adt - Ripoff!
We've been with a adt for several years10-15 not sure. Paid our bills, and haven't really asked too much. When I asked for a price of adding two motion sensors, they came back with a price of over $300.00. Well, KMA! I'll take my business elsewhere. I didn't pay that much to secure my entire house. Anybody have the number for Gardian or The cable company???

Terrible customer service. No return call from a field rep for over a month. Extremely unreasonable service charges. I was billed over 300.00 for a 30 second appointment. Almost 200 for a trip charge. I was a customer for over 10 years.

I am trying to cancel my ADT service. Because the account is in my x-wife's name the rude customer service person refused to cancel - even though they are charging my credit card! I'm filing a fraud complaint with the Illinois attorney general!
