I paid for ADT service for 3 years, then found out that the last two years they did not have my cell phone # so I was not covered. I notified them March 2, 2018 to cancel, they keep billing me.
I started service in Feb 2015, a 2 year contract. I canceled my home phone in FEb.
2016, not aware that I did not have coverage as they did not have my phone number. They never wrote me but yet continued to charge my credit card for 2 years. I paid Through Feb. 2018.
When I found out I did not have coverage for the last 2 years, because they did not have my house phone #, I called twice to cancel-March 2nd and April 5th, 2018. ADT continues to send me bills in April, May and June, totaling $125.71. HOW DO I CANCEL with this unethical company? Can someone help me?
I want nothing to do with this company. Stay away from them, they are unbelievable. I am a senior citizen and they are threatening me with these PAST DUE NOTICES!
