ADT - Horrendous
my partner had agreed to have this system in place in dec 2016. a month before my daughter had been murdered, he wanted it i didnt so didnt sign a contract he did .I asked him to leave feb 2017, since then been bombarded with bills even though i had been advised to ignore the bills as it wasnt my responsibility as i hadnt signed.
Today received a letter say pay within 7 days or we will start court proceedings. Contradicting information and uselles in every way, caused me endless stress,I even asked them to send me an activation code for a low battery on system which has been bleeping for months, no reply to email.
I phoned today twice about the court proceedings twice I havent had a reply from the manager, so unprofessional . Im fuming and will be seeking advice asp
