I cancelled my service before the end of the current month service; however, I was charged for the next month service. I was told that there would be no balance when I called since I made my request at that time.
I was charged anyway. When I called to get the charge removed for the next month, I was told by the representative that it takes 30 days to complete closure of the account. I find this to be a cheating act performed by ADT.
The service representative I spoke to evidently used script and was somewhat arrogant when he spoke to me. I am truly disappointed with this company's reaction to a customer.
