In August of 2012, we had an ADT home security system installed due to break-ins our neighbors experienced. Within 1 month, we received a call from ADT and we found out the system is not connected to their main system.

It was NEVER connected. We have called ADT twice and they refuse to come out unless we pay $25, apparently to cover gas.

So, they installed something incorrectly but are going to charge us to fix it. They have indicated that everytime they come out to look at the system they charge $25, even if what they are coming out to fix is their fault!
