I canceled serviced within 5 days of starting services. I was told that I would not received a cancelation fee.
On the next day, I received an email that I was being charged the termination fee. When I called customer service and explain why I was calling, I was asked to explain the question 3 and 4 times to the same person. Then I asked for a supervisor and only got dead air or they hung up the call. Then when I called back, they had changed my address in the system so that when I called in they wouldn't pull up my account.
I have made over 15 calls and still haven't been able to get my issue resolved. New customers.
STAY AWAY. I REPEAT STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
