Just like Spectrum, they charge for a month after you request cancellation when selling your home.
I called in upon selling my home to cancel the ADT service as we wanted protection up until the closing (Aug 30). When Sept.
5 rolls around my bank account is auto drafted the month of September. A call to "Customer Service" rendered no positive outcome.
Therefore, I had my bank REVERSE the charges (at a cost to me of $31.00) as I would rather pay Wells Fargo, as much as that hurts, than pay ADT for RIPPING OFF another consumer.
NEVER will I utilize, nor endorse a company that feels it more important to obtain a measly $33.94 than make things right with a long-standing customer.
