We have had ADT in our homes since 1998 and eight weeks ago wanted to upgrade to pulse to remotely access one (1) door and the panel. They have been here FIVE times wasting 20+ hours of my weekend time and today, in a shocker, did not show up- as they were sending two "pros" to start over and make the system functional and both called in "sick".

Did they call to let me know, or did I call them at 9:00 to ask where they were? The answer is pretty obvious-nothing. Three calls to ADT to ask to speak to a supervisor had me on hold a collective 70 minutes....and waiting now for a return call which I am quite sure will not happen.

CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PROVIDER. adt IS EXPENSIVE AND THEY CLEARLY DO NOT CARE about their customers.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
