The biggest problem with adt taking over a system was they ripped out the original motherboard installed theirs which had less capability, so the installer left the main panel looking like a rats nest of unconnected wire. Never told me that the glass break sensors...

ADT send a serviceman out to my house to fix the issues. It turns out that a contractor had done the sloppy work. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and the gentleman that came out was extremely professional.
