We have Adt service. Smoke alarm went off in garage.

It was a false alarm. Happened twice at one and 2 in the morning . First we were told it's after hours.

Complained it's under warranty. Said we would be called within the hour..still waiting.

first a smoke detector should never be installed in a garage or a carbon monoxide detector. have them take it out and give you your money back.

I am trying to cancel our service within the warranty period right now. The low batteries keep going off and waking us in the night and freaking out the dogs.

We have not used it for more than a few days at a time since purchasing it because it is so unreliable. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY.
