Don't ever get ADT home security if you might move! What they don't tell you when you sign the contract is that it's a 3 year deal.
So today when I called to cancel because I'm moving, I was told I had to pay $500 cancellation fee! The only way not to be chareged that is to get ADT at my new place or somehow get the new owner to change the contract to their name. WORST Customer Service EVER!!!! They won't do anything to help!
Totally Absurd!!! I guess they don't want old customers to ever come back!
