New animated system last 3 times needed help takes 9 to17 minutes....I purchased my equipment 10 plus years ago....I own my system when cancelling was told they will disable so will not even sound at home only any more....yet told when bought was mine but once no monitoring they disable totally....JUST WRONG ...TED BROOKS.
