Just got adt 5 days ago the alarm keeps messing up. They charged my account double what i was told.
I told them i wanted monthly invoice sent which they agreed. I payed my fee for installation then was told be billed within 72 hrs for monthly fee. They took 2 months fees out and it was on same day they took lnstallation.
I did not get billed nor did they even wait 72 hrs. Now they cant change my payment style cus they won't own my account till the buy it from the company that installed it.
