Although I was a customer for 16 years, I will never recommend ADT to anyone seeking home security. ADT customer service was horrible and unhelpful whenever I called for assistance.
ADT monitoring service was inattentive, too put it mildly. In the beginning, if the alarm was triggered, they would call me immediately to access the situation. After a few years, that changed. The only correspondence that I received was when they were increasing the monthly fee.
The only thing ADT cared about was getting my money every month despite the fact that they were not providing the service that I was paying for. I am glad to be rid of them.
