I had an ADT salesman Warren Perilloux come by my house in Cypress, tx. I am retired & living on limited income but concerned about safety 4 my wife & I. We had just moved into this house. I called ADT and Warren came out. He was deceptive & did not disclose all options. I gave him a check 4 $265 4 equipment purchase. When installer came out he tried 2 charge my wife another $400. We declined & sent installer home. Later Warren started "crawfishing" 2 cover himself.

Afew days later another ADT company was contacted who offerred 2 install 4 $99. We accepted & called Mr Perillous who had no interest in helping us retrieve our initial deposit which had been cashed. Two weeks later still no refund but lots of excuses. Excuses r like noses we all have at least one!!
