I have my home security installed by ADT with window break equipment. Every less than three months I called them because it malfunctions every less than three months. When I called ADT to come to check up, they give you a date no less than 5 days to have their technician come especially on week days. I work week days so there was no time that the tech could come to fix the equipment. I asked customer service to come on the date that I was available but was not able to accomodate me. Think twice before you decide to have ADT your security monitoring company.
