When the salesperson arrived at my house i was told everything would work perfectly, no worries. Then i find out that almost all of the information the salesperson was wrong. This is after the technicians were going to blow off my appt for the day had i not called and inquired whwre they were. A "free" installation is now going to cost me almost $1000 to fix what i was told would work perfect in my inhereted system. By the way, they made me sign a contract when they subsidized no equipment. When i called customer service they were empathetic however only escalated back to the local office. The local office "started an investigation" without asking me what happened". After "the investigation" the level one manager that a presidential escalation was passed to (i have never seen a company pass a presidential escalation to a level one manager/. shows lack of commitment to customer service) they told me to pound sand?. $1000 have a nice day/. I have never had a worse buying experience!. Their customer service is the worst i have ever experienced.. DO NOT TRUST OR USE ADT?. THERE ARE ALTERNATIVES?. SHOP AROUND 12979b0
