ADT is the most unprofessional company around here. Do not sign any contract with ADT. They sold me a high price camaras and they installed cheap camaras". I noticed the next day and I called them/. It is 3 months now, they can not fix the problem?. Is there any institutions that protect costomers from this miserable company? I send certified letter to the main office and still I have not received a call from them/. I am upset and angry with this company!. The only section of the company works well is the billing department". I receive calls asking me the full payment/. I tell them the service is not fineshed yet and they insist for the payment?. This is a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!! 129791a

Written by been there.... they don't care on November 24, 2011 from orlando, florida, US rinconvi... you are correct... adt is the most unethical business out there! you will never reach the co pres as he hides in his office and will not return any calls or correspondence! the best thing you can do is speread the word on the internet how you were treated,call your local media and express your views as well as contact your local consumer affairs office. i wish you the best and hope this dishonest co is out of business soon! always remember this.... if it sounds to good to be true....it probally is! |
