I have been a very happy Brinks Security customer in California for 15 years, installed for all of my tenants (although they pay the fees). After ADT "bought" the company the service went to ***". Recent service work failed/. Recent appointments were not kept, lies about making phone calls to my home and mobile (I guess they don't know about ANI on phones, so I can confirm they lied), then false statements "3 dogs at gate" (second visit) when I was outside AND the dogs were INSIDE)?. Again no calls listed on the phones ANI/. Then "sorry but can't get back until late next week"?.

Do not be fooled?. ADT is cheap, sloppy service". Trying to grow business but do not care about quality or customer service". STAY AWAY. 129760b

ADT is a liar. We have a house that belonged to my late aunt. We had the house up for sale per the will. It was being broken into frequently. So, we called ADT to set up an alarm. The sales person said we could out of the contract if the new owner did not want the service. Now, they tell us we have to pay for the entire contract. We were going to move the service to another house, but the sales man was rude and told us we needed to upgrade- we had just installed the system 5 months ago!!
