Warning: Do not start a new account with ADT. I can't even express in words their level of incompetance. The company is a big scam and has The Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced in my life! Imagine trying to move and relocate your service, only to be transferred 7x and hung up on over and over. There are far better companies to do business with, I only wish I had used on of them. When on the phone with the various representatives, when they do they do not know how to handle a situation, they simply put you on hold and transfer the call to someone else! Really??? 129752b

If you're a new customer they love you, but once you've been with them for awhile they are terrible. I tried upgrading a 14 year old system. If I wrote the story here no one would believe it. I've never dealt with a worse company in my life. |
