Adt was installed for medical alert. Took 2months and dozens of calls to get any response. Have 87 year old with severe heart condition, their response was we are sorry". I really had to agree with that/. Ended up having to threaten lawsuit to get any response?. All they kept saying was cancelling contract costs 75% of balance/. Dont waist money on this.. Not even ADT Secure Watch in ourarea.. I think they just take advantageof the elderly Ialso sent email to entire board of directors:. No one ever bothered to get baxk to me:. Calls to the 800 number ended with being switched to 3 or4 different numbers, then getting to leave voicemail. 12971f6

ADT is a JOKE!!!!! I had brinks originally and they were really good if the alarm was set off for any reason they always called to make sure everything was ok, since ADT took over I never got a call and then when I was late with my payment they turned off my service. Now they are refusing to reactivate and trying to charge me an early termination fee? REALLY I dont think so
