We had a system installed n gave first check to salesmen. Tech came out did installation a shoddy job i might add we gave him second check which paid off installation. Now we are getting a bill saying we still owe installation charges & our first service fee. No one can seem to track down this tech or find our check where is the communication here? It took four techs to get our system working correctly because none of them wanted to climb under our home which is several feet off the ground i might add. I am not giving them another check until they locate the other check not to mention it cost me money to cancel if this is how their company works then no don't go with ADT 129714c
