My sales representative was Daniel Guerra, he gave me the verbal promise he had gotten the okay from his sales manger Matthew Nonemacher to give me the $99.00 installation as in the promo. He told me there was no place to put it on the contract but assured me I would receive the rebate check in 6-8 weeks. It had been three months and the sales manager has not returned my calls. Usually I would not take anybody’s word on something like this but it is on their website and I thought they would be accountable. If ADT ever follows up and issues the rebate I will let you know via this review section. For now beware. 129710b
