ADT stinks when it comes to service tech's We upgraded for $3000".00 but installation was faulty/. 2 service tech's cancelled at time they were to show this is ridiculous?. The Manager would not speak to me and had Nancy (who was great) remind me we signed a 3 yr contract/. REALLY!! ADT voided the contract when they were unable to monitor our home for 3 months due to faulty installation,. We are middle class working people who are unable to *** multiple times because service techs are too busy!. By the way my Husband works for a major police dept,. and I work for a hospital|. We know public service and are very unhappy with ADT Managers since we have been a customer for over 12 years!! LOT"S of MONEY ADT. 1296eb0
