This is the third time in a row our alarm system gave a low battery signal at around 3am. These F n Bastards shut my home security service off claiming non payment. ADT is so *** because they are even authorized to debt the monthly payment from bank. $39.99 but failed to do so actually their not consistent in doing so or do they deduct the correct dollar amount. I purchase Protect Your Home ADT security system on Saturday and it was installed that same day. My alarm senor kept going off that night without any interference with the system. Until yesterday, I had no problem with ADT. That was yesterday. An ADT rep called and said there was a problem with my contract. ADT refuses to send me a needed battery to my billing address rather than the vacation home(have person stealing mail was ready to upgradeto cameras)They claim policey is to send battery directly to home. I don't think they have any employees as only subcontractors show up - if they show up. I waited all day today for the service guy to show up. I wasted my day as no one did. No phone call, nothing. Half hour on the phone and they have no idea why. This is one screwed up company. Every service call results in a two week wait. Service level at this company is worse than zero! Honestly, I paid them $500 for installation and had nothing except the headache since then. Last experience, the smoke detector is messed up.
