HORRIBLE customer service. I have been a customer for almost 10 years. There plans are extremely expensive, equipment is cheap and faulty. They once had to do an update on my system, tech came out did whatever then when he leaves somehow he must sent a signal and I have a cop at my door, then i get a letter from my county about a false alarm with a bill for $50. i lost 10000$ because ADT system did not work when needed, I pay them monthly fees to get an alert when some one break in my space, but when this happened the system did not work, the ADT call center said that we did not receive message from the system, they were un professional, careless, week customer service, for me i learned that ADT system is not working, but am adding this feed back to the... I had a horrible customer service experience with ADT. I called to reset my "ADT PULSE" password as directed by an email (unable to reset myself via website) only to be transferred to technical services dept. and put on eternal hold. All the while having to listen to the continuous loop of ADT propaganda stating "always there" and "unsurpassed customer service". How ironic I found this to be. I... Read more

We had a scheduled upgrade a few weeks ago and the installer called few hours beforehand the day of to say he had to cancel. So we rescheduled for 1/22/15 for the window 5-8pm. So 1/22/15 comes and now again it is now almost 9pm and nobody calls or shows. Hi, I live in Winston Salem. My son has been very sick with Bipolar disorder and while suffering an episode or paranoia he called ADT and make a contract with them while I were outside of the home. With out a doubt adt systems sucks got new system and every time I go get on to the sit to look at my camera's to see if everything safe it gives me at try later *** how I'm I suppose to know who at my front door. By time they know what's going on something bad can happen then it's to late so y keep adt . Never Again Add comment

ADT lacks communication with customers and often messed up with billing. They will sell your account to a collection agency when they send your bill to another address and see it as customers responsibility. You may have signed a contract with ADT but they turn it over to Home Protection without you knowing it. They have over 1200 complaints and a their émployees can not help you. We are... Read more

House was broken into, so called ADT to have an estimate and get an alarm installed to try and achieve future piece of mind and security. Rep was late, spent 20 minutes at house looking at making notes, made promises of future communication and timelines for estimates and install, and I bottom line I lost time waiting for them when I could have been looking elsewhere--a month lost. Placed a call and waited 5 minutes for a live voice. I hung up and called again and got a person...she transferred me and I waited a minute and a half and hung up. What if I had an emergency? Add comment
